Lamisil Cream is used to treat fungal infections of the skin including the following skin conditions:
• Onychomycosis – This infection causes white, infected, blood-stained, pus-filled skin lesions.
• Candimetonemia – Candimetonemia is caused by Candida albicans, which is a member of the bacteria called the genus Candida. Lamisil works by killing the yeast.
• Athlete’s foot – This skin condition occurs when blood travel through your skin to your athlete’s foot where alcohol can also affect the infection. When this blood stream occurs in your athlete’s foot, the skin underneath your feet may feel warm, lifeless, and slightly metallic. This metallic appearance may make you feel tired, short of breath, weak, uncomfortable, or even worse.
Lamisil Cream is only for use by men and can be only left on the skin for a few days. Always consult a doctor before giving your dose to any other patient.

Explanation of the problem:
Lamisil Cream should be applied five times daily for 5 days to the affected area. The cream should only be used for a few days but can be used for up to 10 days for Athlete’s foot.
If Lamisil Cream is used for Athlete’s foot, it must not be applied to the following skin conditions:
• To treat allergic reactions such as thrush (an infection of the vagina) or genital itching
• To prevent fungal infection of the skin, for which it must not be used
• To prevent fungal infection of the skin caused by yeast (coccidioid yeast)
• To prevent fungal infection of the skin caused by yeast (Candidemia)
• To prevent fungal infection of the skin caused by yeast (Candidylemia)
• To prevent fungal infection of the skin caused by Candida (from the use of this product)
